2. Hydraulic calculation methods

Estimates of pressure and flow, inflow and outflow are based on the German regulations DVGW GW 303 and W 302 (ISO); additional values like flow rate, pressure drop, pressure gradient and thermal losses can be calculated
The simulation of dynamic conditions within a flow net follows certain rules. The calculation is defined by a following up (consumer, feeding) in various conditions (position of the valve, fire outbreak, pipe burst) a timeline for flow volume, net pressure force, load curve related to container (initial water level) and steering pump (pumps, valves, clack valves, bulkhead valve, flow regulator, pressure control valve, pressure regulator). Out of that fact, STANET calculates in different separated subsystems.
